The keys, including a spare if you have one, V5C (logbook), any other paperwork such as service receipts and old MOTs.
In the V5C (logbook) you will need to sign section 9 when we have collected your vehicle. You will need to send section 9 to DVLA, Swansea SA99 1BD
The most common methods of payment available are cash on collection, bank transfer and cheque payment. Bank transfers are usually cleared immediately. Cheques will be issued on collection and may take a few days to clear. All transactions will be carried out on collection.
On collection we will complete section 9 of the V5C and you will need to send this to DVLA, Swansea SA99 1BD. If you don’t have the V5C then you will need to notify the DVLA in writing that you have sold/scrapped the car to us.
